I recently watched 'Validation" on youtube.
At the end of year many charities are asking for donations.
Some people might say "I don't have anything to give" or "I need your help."
Do you also believe this?
If you do, you are a miserable person.
If you enjoy giving, you are probably a happy person.
Can you smile at others?
It does not cost any money at all.
You think you are giving to others, but actually you are giving to your soul and that makes you happy.
